Matt was able to drive through the night without any problems. We took about three stops to stretch out and let Gus get a break. Before even leaving Nevada, we started having rain showers. They continued on and off all through Utah. It was really cool. A couple times we even drove through small dust clouds.
I took over driving at about 6:30am to let Matt get some rest. Mya was still sleeping at that time. She did great for us! We stoped at McDonalds for a quick breakfast. We were finally able to get our cell phone up and running after fighting with it the night before.
We still had about two hours left until we would cross the Nevada/Utah border. We had planned on being much further into the trip at this time, but we were still making decent progress.
