After dinner walk. It was a beautiful evening, and brought back memories of the walks we used to have after Thanksgiving meals.
The scoop Matt is near is what was used to dig the Lockport Canals. Can you imagine?! It was placed behind horses and mules. What a task! Once you have seen the Locks, you appreciate it even more.
Ralph does a little (or a lot) of everything. He made his "drinking buddy" out of nothing but cans. Coletta is sure to tell us, "Ralph NEVER drinks, smokes or swears." He's 88. I find that impressive!
Mr. Ralph and his favorite Mya. He bought her a purple fishing pole. He knows that's her favorite color, and he wants to teach her how to fish. He really spoils that girl!

Emily enjoyed feeding Grandma more than feeding herself.
Playing "Settlers". Emily thought Grandma had a really good card. It was a sheep!
Our dear neighbors, Ralph and Coletta. They have taken the kids in (and us) as their very own. They are so special to us. Ralph actually helped build our house many years ago. A lot of memories are here.
Grandma brings Mya home, and then helps get Emily ready for bed. Story time was special this night.

Every family needs a couple like Ralph and Coletta in their lives. I am just so happy that you guys found such a gem of a couple. They seem to be incredibly wonderful!
Mya- Cousin Bethany got her haircut just like you yesterday. She was so excited to tell you.
