Denied

Then He said to them all, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily, and follow Me." Luke 9:23

Today, am I denying myself or am I denying Him? This is a thought I want to constantly be asking myself. I am reminded that in me, there is nothing good. "Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God." Mark 10:18

May you find yourself in Him today. Rest in His goodness and His tender mercy. May He gently but firmly remind you that we need to be seeking after Him first. His ways are far better than our own.
