Ahh, the great outdoors....

It seems we are in between spring and summer. We have not hit the date that states, "First day of Summer", yet we have been getting several thunderstorms that marks summer weather. We are LOVING IT! We have temperatures in the 60's during the day, and cools down to the 40's during the night. All our windows are opened daily, because we continually have a nice strong breeze. It's what brings in our constant storms. It makes for great kite-flying days too. Both the girls have enjoyed that. We can easily mow our yard 2 times a week. The girls pile on to the riding mower, with whomever is cutting the grass. It is a great treat to them, and I am so glad...being that it has to be done so often, and it takes a solid 3 hours. Matt hung up a tire swing in our front yard. Mya was glued to it morning, noon and night the first couple days. Then, for Mother's Day, Matt blessed me with a hammock, which is now the current rave. Mya celebrated her 4th Birthday a week ago. We had a small, but very nice time with a couple and their children from our Bible Study group. Matt has been getting his kites ready for the lake, and Mya enjoys tagging alongside, just to make sure daddy does everything JUST RIGHT. We are loving every minute of every day. Enjoy the recent photos..... there's a bunch!
