Hawkeye Bowman Club

 It was a beautiful day! Phil brought us

girls along to his bow club to practice shooting

arrows. Mya and I had a wonderful time. We

both have that competitiveness that keeps us

trying to do better each time. I over did it, and

woke up during the night with an aching arm.

I used muscles I didn't know I had.

 Emily didn't want to touch the bow, or even be

around to watch. She was in flower-land, in a world of

her own and as content as could be.

 This was Phil's bow I was shooting. It was really

tough having the strength to pull it back far enough.

I don't have "Man arms".

 Testing to see which eye is dominant.

 Retrieving the arrows.
